Have just agreed a price on a house 15k under asking price Valuation has been done and it come in 20k under my agreed price.. 35k off the asking price! Estate agents is swearing blind the surveyor has got it wrong... and is going to make some calls! (no idea who to!) and claims that the failed purchase 2 months prior had a valuation of my agreed price!! Now we have to wait to see what the vendors think! Question: is the estate agent lying? BTW the house has been on the market for 2 years! and current owners are going there separate ways! Adam

Ant, filter is a an eazy pod, they are one of the best filters on the market, and has kept my 2000 gallon pond very very clear!

people, due to my impending move, I have all my fish and pond equipment for sale (filter etc will be the last to go!) Now how to price this... I will put a price on the smaller fish of between £20 and £100 depending on size, but I have bigger fish (one ghosty is about 18lb, other koi around the 5-7lb mark) that I will be open to offers on! once the fish have gone the filter and pump will be up for sale, You will need to provide some way of transporting the fish, I won't let them go in just plastic bags! I found a phone last year.. guys at work kept asking "do you want to sell it, I will have it!" My answer "no, it going back to the owner!" I rang him, delivered it, but hardly even a thank you! just Ta and closed the door Just goes to show that not all people are that great! Also found a wallet (no money in side) rang the owner, he said just drop it off next time your passing! no thanks all! But on the flip side, the wife dropped her wallet in a car park, rushed around like mad trying to find, I came home from work to find the police outside my house! I did think the worst, but then they asked who I was and requested ID, then passed her wallet to me, some nice chap had handed it in complete with money, unfortunately the police did not have his details! shame as I would like to have given him something as a thanks you Adam

Mark, the cable should be fine! i bet it's you ISP (Internet provider) who is it? do you get a little box done the bottom right of the screen saying "network connected" and one saying "network unplugged" or some thing like it? if not its your isp for sure! or maybe a problem router?

Chap, I keep koi, and what ever you think is big enough now double, because in a year or 2 you will wish it was and end up changing it! My pond is 12ft by 6ft and 4.5ft deep, I have a few koi in there, one of which is nearing 20lb! they are a joy to watch and hand feed! But as I say, make it too big now and you won't regret it! Adam

Guy's Its my 40th this year, and the family want to treat me to something! My thoughts are a driving day, but I have done these before, and know that you don't get much driving (I can understand it do to risk's etc) so, have any of you lot done any that you would recommend? I am thinking along the lines of rally and super car stuff, unless you have a an idea that I have not thought of.... I don't do flying, so that's out, have done the diving thing and given up, so that's done! what else! I shall leave it up to you............ Adam
