Mirage Pro Extra Cartriges

Never even heard of them, have they got a web site to check dealers? -
Send it off to Barbour for a re-proof? Only thing is the wait, something like 12 weeks at the moment

Ahh, the mighty Apple, only charging £26 for the OS, indeed much cheaper than any flavour of Windows, but there again the hardware is at least double the price of windows hardware isn't it? Think MS is the big bad wolf of the computing world is a joke, Apple are a worthy contender in terms of screwing the masses, how long till we see them in court on price fixing and market control charges?

Cheapest plastic wads?
majordisorder replied to sitsinhedges's topic in Bullets, Cartridges and Reloading
Is reloading worth it? Unless you can get the lead and cases for free I think not (unless you're doing it just for fun or not clay loads) Found this little cost calculator -
I was in Munich several years ago and sampled the "Bavarian Platter", we called it farmyard on a plate. It consisted of Pork steaks, Duck, Chicken, Veal, Sirloin steaks, Lamb, various sausages and a selection of offal all served on a huge copper tray with loads of sauce and potato dumplings. It solved the problem of which was best by providing them all in one big juicy hit Still liked the Pork best though....

What makes a good clay ground?
majordisorder replied to majordisorder's topic in Clay Pigeon Shooting
Who would have thought that my OP would have sparked such argument. I was interested to see what the general population need in a clay ground as a couple round me don't suit my requirements. I'm lucky, I've got about six grounds within a 30 minute drive including Sporting Targets (which sucks, but must be a great money making opportunity for the owners), Kibworth (which is better and cheaper) and Northampton Shooting Ground (which I rate really highly). The OP was to see what grounds can do (or should be doing) in order to attract more shooters. It looks like the average Joe (me included) likes good facilities, friendly staff (with big boobies if possible) a range of targets suitable for all levels, reasonable proces and a nice car park. So if grounds have all of these they should be doing really well? Well no, I think the "big name" grounds continue to attract punters but the smaller less well advertised gruonds are loosing out which is a shame as from my experience they typically offer a better service. -
If you consider theft okay then why not crack any software, it's not like it "hurts" any one does it...... I guess you also think benefit fraud is okay too.

If your girl is at school / college I'd suggest getting the acedemic version of MS Office. Don't try a crack, you'll end up with a virus and no end of pain in the future. The acedemic version of office should set you back around £50 - £70.

Just polished off a bottle of McGuigan Shiraz and a pint of Sloe Gin (not in a pint glass though, that'd just be wrong!)

It's between 21 and 22p / clay depending on layouts. A round of 30 sporting is £6.50 for members (I think) and 25 Skeet / DTL / ABT is £5.50. Non members are about 50p more / round. Good "club house" with hot food and free tea / coffee. Anyone fancy a meet up there in a couple of weeks (or Kibworth, I'm easy)

Better not show my 4yo daughter, she'd be rather upset at not getting a special delivery in a couple of days :(

Turkey stuffed with Pheasant, Duck, Partridge, Woodpigeon and Venison from the local Game dealer.

I've done Kibworth a few times, really like it but for a quick round Sywell is only 15mins up the road. Will be up there tomorrow assuming it's open for a round or three

Any of you Northants guys shoot at Sywell / Northampton Shooting Ground?

Got to add I'd prefer having a trapper rather than those DIY claymate systems too -
