hi ya i have a .243 with a predator 8 mod and to be honest have stopped using it,i use it for stalking and foxing and its to cumbersome and makes it unbalenced i dont really take much notice of kick or muzzle flip as it is pretty tame on the .243. Definatly get one added to your ticket because you will use it when you first get it for zeroing etc and if you do any range shooting. Cheers Will

Hi i bought the prohunter trousers im a 38 waist and ordered a 40 they are very slightly loose but worn with a belt are perfect, the jacket i bought was the kodiak and i ordered an xxl and it is a little to big for me but gives me good length in the arms, it is relly good gear went out stalking last night in very heavy rain crawling through bog and woods on dartmoor and kept me bone dry and warm, a doe was 15 yards from me and didnt know i thing|! cant rate it highly enough

Hi guys i have found at this time of year deer eat apples and acorns, these ferment inside them making them drunk, we have had bullocks on the farm do this to. I bring this up because a freind of mine had this problem a couple of years ago with a roe pricket, after 2 days he shot it gralloched it after inspecting it for any external problems to find one of it stomachs full of acorns!hope you get to the bottom of it.

Hi guys these arent crows there jack daws members of the corvid family just not as bad, there slightly smaller than rooks and have a cap on there head,there not so much of a problem as rooks and certaily no where near as bad as crows!

get yourself a bird of prey every couple of days put it up that really annoys them ,also i have made a big dent in the population at work with a pro diablo catapult and m10 nuts they dont like them!

My little jack russell loves squirrels,it started in a park a year ago when mother in law walked him in a local park and he caught and ragged one in front of every one on a sunny saturday afternoon, he has since caught and killed numerous when out bushing in woods and on walks. He is also very good on the chase and marking them up trees he even chases them as they run through the tree tops so i can give the does of 12b rash. He just picked all this up by himself although i have trained him for rabbit pheasent fox rat and a few other discernables, good old terriers eh!

Ha ha reading this makes me laugh,as a boy on the farm i have done all sorts of concoctions to get rid of wasps nest even mixing loads of cereal crops sprays and dousing them (if i only realised how much they were) to petrol bombs. The best results me and my brothers got was from plain old diesel of the cherry variety down the hole. We used to spend at least 2 hours winding them up so they start to swarm then get a drain pipe petrol oil adn diesel mix down their after burner ignite and voila bar b q wasps al fresco oh those were the days!

seen 2 cubs playing in the tram lines yesterday our linseed and rape has been sprayed just waiting for the seeds to dry out then they will have a taste of a 100g .243 bullet . Have to make do with pigeons in the mean time! Have shot a vixen and dog fox on the neighbours farm and also had a call out a few weeks ago misse the shot squeezed the trigger and the saftey was on doh no chance of a second seen both the dog and the bitch and my mate has also seen the cubs when out lamping with jis lurcher but they were right on the coast path with a sheer drop the otherside of the gorse so he aint gonna risk it!

That is one mangy fox,good job done there knockin the old girl over,looking at how malnourished she is wonder if there will be any cubs probabl dead already. I was watching two cubs playing in the furrows between the linseed this afternoon i will wait till we start combing then let them have it with the .243 just got to wait for the linseed and rape to die off!
