  5. Are you saying the action is moving independently to the stock? If so, there are two securing bolts in the underside of your stock. The one at the rear is most likely loose - it's a socket head cap screw, and should be quite tight. The forward bolt shouldn't be done up too tight, as it secures the support band for the barrel and air cylinder to the stock - I have found that having this done up more than a smidgen over finger tight results in erratic accuracy. Many people replace these with a version that only ties the cylinder to the stock, leaving the barrel fully-floating, which is a good idea. If it's not a loose stock bolt, then you may have parts of the inner action not secure - return it to the gunshop or a gunsmith to have it remedied immediately - high pressure air next to your face could turn nasty. Also might be worth calling Hull Cartridge? Hope this helps!

  10. It's against the law to cut the hedges before a certain date - the company I work for actually manufactures these devices. You can check with DEFRA and complain - he can be fined heavily for ruining them this early. I'm sure they will be able to point you in the right direction - there was a thread about this in the past, will have a quick search.
  11. World of Tanks - at least its free Other than that - get Steam on there and start buying - you just missed some epic summer deals for some of the best games ever created - Fallout 3, Half Life 2, FarCry 2 etc etc. edit to add : I see you like your RTS's - Company of Heroes (brilliant game) World of Conflict - many many choices

  16. Was at wroughton maybe 20 years ago now - they came down the centre of the runway at about 200ft AGL, yanked back the stick then slammed the throttles to the firewall. Thought my head and chest were going to be crushed from the noise terrific. When they had one over at Newark, we were allowed to climb over the insides, sat in all the seats and flicked some switches - great stuff.
  17. Don't forget that all of Harris's "old lags" were also volunteers, and usually the cream of the crop as far as intellectual ability goes - a huge loss to the country in those hard times. Harris always thought that BC and to some extent FC boys were overlooked as not being that brave, being able to come home every night after a raid, which of course far too few did. I am still a very firm (as was Harris) believer in that BC won us the war, so the memorial is about damn time. Looking forward to next March when the old boy and I go for a ride in a Lanc No doubt both will be weeping

  21. Errr..pass. She came with it I'm afraid. Will get a close up of the ding today. If i was to describe it, I'd say it's gone in about half an inch, and its no more than 4 inches long down the break line. No paint broken, and it doesn't impede on the electric windows working. All PM's replied to, will get some more photo's up this morning.
  22. Nope, sorry - goes with my little beastie I'm afraid.
