  1. your photo has a whitetail in it !! So the garden you looked at is in america or finland.
  2. If you were a pro you would have. Or a high seat. There are loads of options and every job should be looked at not just dismissed. Thats what makes a pro. Not sure who employs you but i'd want my staff to have a little more common sense. A pro would also have noticed the garden had whitetail fawn decoys running around in there. LOL Don't even find them in the parks around there.
  3. Indeed with the grounds we have access to now and the clients I will be spending more time south of the humber. LOL
  4. Thanks Lee that place just keeps producing deer. It must be a vacum for all the surrounding deer. Every time I visit it pays dividens. Thanks for the tip off and with it been a cull job nothing is spared. Even these big lads.
  5. What co-incidence. The mail man fetched my copy of sporting rifle magazine and also a package containing my latest shoulder mount. Its the big munty buck I'm featured in the magazine outwitting in a large houses grounds. if you want the write up you'll have to buy the mag
  6. He is a real gem and she worships him.
  7. My daughter fetched her pet jack russel "rico" on yesterdays shoot to beat. He was much photo'ed.............I wonder why??

  9. yes that was in 1 day for x3 danish clients. twice as much as they had in 50 outings with their other outfitter before they asked for my help. I now have some shared grounds with lee, now so I knew we could help them in their hour of need.
  10. Thanks for your help Lee.When I had a suprise phone call on Sat morning from Danish friends/clients in need of help it was lucky you happened to be with me shooting with game clients, So we hatched a plan on the day between drives and after the last drive on saturday I kicked off my tweeds and we had a mad dash down south via your house to accomadate those very disapointed Danes. Anyway we did good and they went home happy and willing to return to the U.K. All the best YDS.
  11. you can follow yds on face book. yorkshire deer stalking and "like"
  12. yes sure on the load and an exit about 50p is about right IMO Normal for a soft point in any standard deer calibre.
  13. Not sure on the scope. rifle was a sako and hand oads 100gr hornady interlock SP.
  14. Of course, its bussiness, had it been a buck he would have been charged for a doe. Or he could have shot the other doe and i would have shot that one myself with his rifle. A month ago we had one hung in a fence, the client dispatched that....no charge, just the outing fee and carcass as he took it. He was happy and booked a day next month. This is discussed before the trigger is pulled so no suprises.
  15. they weren't antis they were (stalkers) off here
  16. got sick of idiots picking holes or trying to say the shots were dangerous. Its my living like I'd allow that. Now subscribe to the channel well over 200 vids now and usually 2-3 a week uploading.
  17. Stopped posting deer vids on here, but this one is very interesting. Shot this morning.

    Big buck.

Another plus the sonic has is its narrow and very black I get no glare off the lamp when out foxing, this was always a problem with a T8 or similar(fatter) mod. Richard at PICKERING GUNS. get the right calibre thread and barrel baffel (they are pre-cut) please mention my name you might get a good discount.

    Big buck.

rimmie weeman saw my sonic and got one himself he'll agree how good they are. I haave one on my finnlite and it never alters the balance at all.
