  1. again, as with all products, some work great some don't, but these cheaper traps are marketed for single or double shooters that want to throw a few clays, they are not meant for clay clubs, they do advertise better traps for clay grounds, but of course, more £££'s so I'll still say it's user error, people buying cheap for constant use, then moaning when it breaks. there are loads of good quality traps out there that suit club use, but as stated, to get anything near what the imported one costs, is around £1,800 mine cost £650 big difference, I've used it twice so far, both times it worked flawlessly, in fact throwing alongside my friends costly two traps, mine never broke a clay, his did, mine will get used perhaps once, maybe twice a month, so if it lasts 2yrs I'll be happy, longer is even better, if however I was throwing clays 3 or 4 days a week, I would expect things to go wrong,
  2. theres one on the kent offroad club on facebook, saw it yesterday
  3. nope, it's because they won't do it themselves, in case the "public" were to see, it would put the company in a bad light (crazy that they have the word kill in their name) so they sub contract the work out, I told them I would do it for £250 per fox, but no
  4. this one was picked up from the rubbish dump, it has a door cut in the side, hinged presumably to use for something else, not that I could prove where I got it from, but then, they would need to find it first
  5. so last year, the squirrels attacked and destroyed a pheasant feeder we had in our wood, a shame as it seemed to bring a lot of wildlife as well as pheasants into our camping area, I was going to try facing the holes with sheet metal to stop them chewing through again but as normal, BEER gave us the answer to the problem the hole in the top will be used to fill with a funnel, the plugged with a bung of Hazel I'd like to see them trying to chew through that
  6. yup, and armed trespass needn't be with a gun, a pocket knife, or equipt to break into a containing could maybe be classed as armed trespass? our signs point out that armed trespass carries a jail sentence with it
  7. but surely, if you can get up the flag pole to instal it, so could the yobs to destroy it, we had similar situation, try signage, info signs saying that multiply trail cameras are set up in area, and any footage will be handed to the local police, also signs about armed trespass and the sentence it carries
  8. I never knew there was any shops that would let you shoot before buying,

depending where you are in essex, I'd recomend you take a trip to romford and see mick here https://www.facebook.com/EssexVapeLTD?fref=ts he will happily show you the different mods you can get, plus you can try out lots of different flavours and strengths whilst in the shop for free, yes you can pick up e-cigs for peanuts from the local corner shop, but like everything, start with something decent and you wont regret it, trust me I've tried loads visited there today, and my missus even purchased one
  14. I have to say, this is a reason I don't invite people out unless I know them face to face, putting an area on your profile is not like putting up your name/address/postcode etc,

    vaping

I've been vaping for 19 months now, after being a smoker for 33yrs, best thing I've ever done, I'm ok around smokers, my wife is still one, and as much as I kid around that I'd like a ciggy, I never would, I feel 100% better, a few health probs have disappeared, I'm a new man at 51 plus the money I saved, bought me a sec 1 shotgun

  20. we did, I edited lots out just to show the wobble, lol we started behind the trap (it's facing a large pond) then moved around doing about 20 clays each in different positions, cracking day
  21. mine too, up until now I had never really been into clays, but having shot a couple of times on my friends plot, started getting the "bug" even though I was ****, well after practising yesterday, we met up again today on his plot, not wanting to blow my own trumpet but was smashing them easy, and some really far shots too, having your own trap certainly helps, have footage of the wobbler in action which I'll post once it's uploaded to my computer
  22. guys, are you even bothering to read the full post? this is my review on my imported trap, no point you telling me to buy something else is there
