totally agree with the above comments. i have no CPSA coaching skills at all, but since moving and having lots of spare time on my hands. ive been asked by locals to lend a hand with there shooting. some are beginers and some are very good shots to start with but all say it has helped them improve. like i said ive had no training to be a coach but ive been their done that and got the badge.

i totted it up 8 years ago and was just over £100 a week, over a year. all in. ??? but, i was lucky enough to get good returns on my shooting, plus i shot with free cartridges from a sponser. end result was it didnt cost a lot but you have to win a lot to recoup your costs.

not all people who win big shoots get sponsers, take my word for that. i did say MOST sponsered shooters. not many companys will sponser a complete t//t. i no some shooters who have not yet got to county level but they have better sponsership packages than some who have won national championships. its a lot more a case of who you no and if your face fits. their are a few who shoot worsley (your local, and my x-local) who are sponsered but could not cope if they shot elswhere.

must admit im with cat on this one. sponsered shooters dont go around bragging 'ive got a £4k gun and its better than yours' ive never met one anyway. people get sponsered for various reasons but most have good manners and i find it hard to believe.
