Its NOT corrosion ! The chassis just rips behind the cab . But they also have had problems with the steel inserts that stop the wheel nuts pulling through alloy wheels falling out, Plus the Engines single chain snapping wrecking the heads.

No !!!!!! Ammo in mag counts as a loaded rifle ! It doe's not matter where you put the mag, if its got rounds in the mag Your rifle is loaded -

Bolts in is not a problem. However loaded mags either in the rifle or not class the Gun as Loaded ! Do not load rounds int a mag untill you are on your permission -

Did you pay on Credit card ? If so contact them, If not refuse to accept their excuse, the problem is theirs NOT the Manufacturer . Send a letter stating the problem and give them 14 days to replace the items or give a full refund
