  1. My pleasure. It's a I.T. cliche but the ol' turn off turn it back on again does seem to do the trick most times. my old box was a pig, always freezing and playing up, my new HD one seems to be ok so far only 1 reset in 9 months. (probably going to talk one up here now though)
  2. Not a sky installer but I used to have to regularly "reset" my box, have you tried that first? turn it off at the wall, pull card out, leave for about 30seconds, put card back in, turn wall socket back on. If you phone them it's usually the first thing they tell you to do.
  3. If we're lucky Harnser may be able to donate a willis jeep and some grenandes for the raffle
  4. Na, Harnser did offer but we're going to make our own way there. Probably end up in convoy with them anyway, i'm sure it will be easy enough to spot a bus full of people singing "ha ya got a lioght boi" all donning there best skeet vests with shooters strapped to the roof.
  5. Cheque in the envelope ready for a post box on my way into work tomorrow for me, Burt Babolski and Mikee all good Norfolk Lads shooting for the South.
  6. I'm gonna need that in a XXXXL us Norfolk boys are big lads!
  7. I thought a dirty mod worked more efficently? Certainly notice the difference on my old mans hushpower 410 pump, it's definately quieter than when he first got it and all he's ever done is run a bore snake down it.
  8. What make and model is the spotting scope and any chance of a picture of the snap on tool box please?
  9. Too true, this one has run to 2 pages and we haven't started the verbal Jousting yet. Great pics, has anyone approached you about being the official photographer for the North vs South Charity Shoot? There must be an opportunity to raise some money with some quality clay shooting shots.
  10. OS do a bespoke map printing service, you pick the centre of the map and it has a 20km x 20km area at 1:25000. I got one the other day, very nice as I'm right on the edge of about 3 OS maps so no single one is any good for me.
  11. Ignore me, just found the thread and you were last to reply on it. Have you had a good look through the guns for sale, I'm sure I read someone offering a gun, dont recall what it was though, for a decent set of golf clubs within the last week.
  12. Just noticed I dont have the Tool Kit in my lamping truck, got the jack and bar but no wheel brace/toolkit. So if anyone's got a L200 Wheel Brace or the full tool kit knocking around in their garage I'd be interested in buying it off you. Think it needs to be an original as it has a pry on the end to get the cover cap off the wheel. Appreciate the jack etc will probably not be much use in a field but now I know it's not there I dont want to tempt fate. Checked the popular auction site with no luck. Cheers Ben
  13. I've used the lay the pigeon on it's back on the floor, stand on its wings as tight to the breast as possible, bend over, grab it's legs and pull gradually and more forcefully and end up with the crown and wings at your feet and everything else attached to the legs in your hands techinque with some success. All thats left to do is cut wings off, peal the skin/feathers off. Did see to do it on youtube but cant find it now.
  14. Thats your starter for Sunday Lunch sorted, nice one.
  15. I use one, sits on my HW100 mod no problem. Instruction says it will fit between a 12mm and 32mm barrel/silencer. I found the instructions simple enough and it's easy to set it up. You can select between Ft/lbs of Joules, Enter your pellet weight in grains or grams. You can recalibrate it +/-1% by simply increasing or decreasing the calibration setting (you'll obviously need to secondary calibrate it against another know good chrono though). Aligning it is easy too, but if you want to be really sure I think they do an alignment tool to go with it. Only trouble is, there seems to be a bit of a shortage of them at the moment, I've been using my old mans one for a year or so but recently decided to buy one myself but when I was looking about a month ago everywhere was out of stock. I think on the manufacturers website you can play with it virtually online to see how the buttons work etc and you can download the instructions.
  16. Got any pics? I'm not intersted myself but I have a mate at work who's looking for another marine tank. I assume as the name says nano, it's not a big tank??
  17. I done something similar to my A-303 using Krylon camoflage paints. Stripped the action out and primed with Halfrauds primer, couple of base coats of Krylon Olive. Cut out some stencils and then used the khaki, brown and black to apply the breaks ups. Just held the stencils close to the stock, hence the dodgy feathered edges to the markings. I dont suppose the finish and pattern will win any awards, it's got the odd smudge on it and finger print but i think it does the job and it still downs plenty of pigs! http://www.mediafire.com/i/?dzmaenugeyy
  18. Cheque will be in the post monday, Cheers Andy
  19. Whoops, sorry, changed my mind.
  20. I'll take the 2 hypaflappers please if still available, (assuming Milo2005 has just had the 13 deeks). Will need posting to Norfolk, please PM me a total and payment details (paypal?). Cheers Ben
  21. I'd be interested but can only offer swop for cash as I dont own a HW97. I'm just outside Norwich, so F2F no problem. Appreciate GRAM71 has offered cash sale already so if you change your mind please offer him first refusal.
  22. Hi Harnser, Please put me and Burt Babolski down to attend for the Norfolk lads (I'll PM real names if you need them). We're both from Long Stratton and will make our own way there.
