if i reload for a friend do i enter the rounds on to his fac? Do i just put my name and cert number nd the number of rounds? please help he is a police officer so want to get it right! sorry for terrible spelling i could not find how to edit wants it was posted

As a diesel mechanic i would have a hilux every day, land rovers are overpriced rubbish, How they have got away with such shoddy build quaility for so long just really annoys me especially as they cost so much. I also dont think they are easy to work on i can replace a clutch in a hilux a;lot easier than i can replace one in a land rover and thats not taking into account the half the flaming bolts snapping. i had an 2007 tdci in the workshop a few days ago that had 75000mls and before anybody says its the driver this guy does not abuse his landrover it needed for an mot 2 rear calipers as the both had seized solid plus one of the bearings had collapsed in the rear axle as it looked like it had been put together wrong in the factory and the tab not locked off, a rear gearbox oil seal, and egr valve (there common). Most farmers around me have hilux or l200. and they love them. im sorry to say but Japanese is better in every way. it may not be quite as good off road but as the farmers say you shouldn't be in the field if the conditions are that bad anyway.

the reason why i want them is i have a 1-8 twist barrel for my 22-250 and lead free bullets really love a fast twist because they are longer. i use heavy bullets in my 22-50 but would like to try something lighter that can travel at hyper speeds.

Can i just also say my mate got knocked of by a 82 yr old man that didnt wear his glasses, his family turned up at the scene and try to call us all the names under the sun while the police where trying to investigate the crash. The police where amazing and prosecuted the driver.

The motorbike speed was excessive, he should have slowed for the junction at least. But i back the police on this one. but for people to say HE WOULD HAVE SURVIVED if he was doing 60mph is total nonsense.

Really? Have you seen your friend getting knocked off at 40mph and then spend 5 months in a coma? well i have and all i can say about motorbike crashes is it depends on your luck. ok he may have had a better chance of survival but to say "he would still be here" is complete rubbish, you obviously aint got a clue about motorbikes. I live in north wales and have been a biker for 8 years and have finally hung my leathers up this year at the age of 30 as i cant control myself for one and the standard of peoples driving is so poor, ageing population and people using social media while driving has put me off. iv been unlucky enough to see my friends crash on at least 4 occasions and been the first on seen to others. MOST crashes are caused by car drivers not looking where there going, if you actually read the police report to this tragic case it says the car drivers behind the vehicle who knocked him off seen the rider but the driver of the car did not, why is that.? sitsinhedges im sorry you talk rubbish on this one.

id say there there nothing wrong there. its just a little unburnt fuel passing through on start up. if an injector is staring to fail normally the engine will take a little time to start as the injector will be leaking fuel down the return line. easy to diagnose just ask a garage to do a metering test this can be done with injectors in situ, the just add little metering bottles to the return line on each injector and measure the amount of fuel being returned back to the tank/fuel filter.. but again why bother, by the sounds of it your car is fine. like i said i work on diesels EVERY day. from cars to tractors to cranes and even the odd boat.

No smoke no poke is the diesel saying! as long as its black it dont matter to much. Been a diesel teck for 10 years. i work on anything from 2.0l to 20l v12.

aint posted on here since feb since then iv had 55!! that takes my total 62 so far. 22-250 with my awesome archer. having a little break now as iv burned my barrel out and its currently in brock and norris having a new one. TOTAL = 505 got pictures of every one but dont think the mods would like it if i put them all up.

oh i like yours. its alot more compact. i thought of using 2 ir but fitted a big 12v one with a variable resister so i can dim it down if the my quarry is to close.

I aint been out with it yet but hopefully around 300yrds. The silver lens is a cannon 48mm slr lens, the black one is a t20 turbo 12v ir . Its camera is a e700. very good nv camera. The base is an old deben remote lamp. The lamp was rubbish so i took it out and fitted this lot into it. The reomte for it was also very poor so i changed it for a old arcade joystick. It also has a 7" tft monitor to view charlie with.

Well after a few weeks of playing around finally its ready. It drove me mad at times but it works really really well. Winter should be good windows up heater on, finding mister fox in comfort.

i went through all this last year for my first fac, i got a 17hmr then a 22-250 a few months later and then put in for an open cert and got that as well. All well within a year. im in north wales who are meant to be very strict. Good luck but i dont think you will have to worry much. you will get want but it may take a little time. atb P
