    Big Cat

I'll be honest, even 20 years later im a bit nervous lying on top of the sea wall in the wee small hours on my own.I know its 2 decades later but there were at least 2 in the area back them.I dun take rocket science ,if they were genetically compatible, that the assumption could be made they could have bred.We have talked about that night since then of course and if i were to question whether it should have got both barrels of BB i still say no.I felt it was no imminent threat to us at the time. But again i freely admit we stayed out in the open all the way back to the car avoiding gullies and bushes!!! http://scotcats.online.fr/abc/sightings/1998/beastofnefife11.html This was on the farm.I was down on the edges of the Eden just a few miles away when we saw our cat .

    Big Cat

So-- if you do see one up close do you say so or keep quiet because the "herd" thinks to ridicule as in playground politics???Because im not embarrassed in the slightest to say what i saw 20 years back.Naaa i didnt think to take a photo because--wait a minute, thats right,i was out shooting geese under the moon. But two days previous,on a local farm i shot ,the farmer also saw a large cat cross the road close to his home and reported it.sheep found skinned up over their heads etc.And i promise you this.he stated jet black as colour,i was 40 yards from a honey coloured big cat 2 days before both hammers back on the baikal and ******** myself.I did not think to kill it as i felt privelaged to come across the beast. But there you go two different cats within 2 miles. My best friend was with me.We went back to the car, shaken but amazed.Went back an hour later and it was still walking the area.So we came home at 3am.We only heard about the farmers sighting a week later. The cat was taller than a greyhound ,long drooping tail almost to the grass. It was on the golf course green btw right by the sea wall, thick frost and it walkeed so quiet, not a sound.stood watching us and us watching back.Ill never forget it surreal ,but totally true.
  4. He phoned back--well for 8 seconds .he has a tracking number he said --then phone dies just as before. Its not my place to check tracking numbers.Even if it is true and im dubious at this point.I left a message.can you guess what i said???
  5. His ad was on gumtree and the location shows. But people can use any postcode so it may be fake. However, that said it wont take me long to validate the address that does show .Im trying hard to give the fool the benefit of the doubt but its not looking good.Someone on here who lives in the closest town to where this persons location is listed knows a kevin maloney.Says he is a keeper in the area .Might or might not be my Mr chancer.
  6. Just seems to have some muppets that live close to it then.Still no word from this ****.Not answering his phone either.I see he is selling home made walking sticks too.I know where he needs them shoved.

    FREE cars.

You have the choice of the benefit weekly or if you prefer the car annually when suffering a severe disability and btw the regulations have been incredibly tightened in recent years..You will find that the car will most likely be driven by a relative who is tasked with caring for someone.Absolutely there is scamming but no more than ******* who fiddle their taxes or business returns and enjoy lounging round the village green on lazy summer days presenting themselves as jolly decent chaps to the community.People in glass houses.
  8. Have done already twice.said he would check with post office as posted Monday.Never got back to me -that was 2 days ago.Like i said -could be a post office bodge up but not communicating with your buyer makes any buyer fear the worst.Im hoping someone here knows him and can tell him to get his finger out! repeated texts and not 1 reply.Even e-mailed him.
  9. No shaun off another free selling site .Im becoming concerned though that this lad is taking the preverbial with the lack of contact. Its a small world i have found the shooting fraternity.Im hoping someone can make him see sense and respond to my messages.Goods or refund ,its that simple in anyones book. the lack of contact may be a poor mobile signal perhaps but its starting to look odd.If he has a licence for shooting i reckon someone will know him off these forum pages.
  10. Anyone know a Kevin Maloney?Lives in Chipping Norton area.Sold me some shooting related gear but no sign of it a week later.Tried txt but he seems not to be able to or not to want to reply.Dunno what the story is .Might be from Birmingham originally??? Anyways this may be case of post office nonsense. But if anyone does know him please tell him to get his finger out his behind and either pass a tracking number to me or refund the dosh to my bank .THATS ALL FOLKS.

  18. Would someone be so kind as to indicate the costs involved in rearing mallard .I am told £28 per bird but i find this figure slightly high given i am not completely ignorant to the field. As much info as anyone is willing to supply as trying to persuade members this is a good idea will rest on the economics as much as the conservation aspect of any duck rearing projects. your thanks in advance. Allen.
