Hello all, Had a few days away so this afternoon got the quad out and check feeders, the feeder I intend to start shooting from next is a new wood to me for squirral shooting in, but I thought I would check this feeder first, as I entered the little wood there was 3 SQUIRRALS on feeder so I reversed back out of wood and got R10 out of case, put 3 pellet in mag and walked in the wood, I see 2 run away but see something move in v of tree , but it peeped a bit 2 much and wack it fell into ditch , so good result 👍

One for me today with R 10 .22. TOTAL 493

I followed the hunt for years, a car follower and I did believe at the time it was one of the ways of keeping fox numbers done , the fit foxes would run but the injured could be caught etc, but after the ban or so called, I didn't follow any more as like said shooting is a very quick way to dispatch a fox , everybody to thier own, but I have to ASK what has a NEW BUILD got to do with it, and before anyone says NO I do not live in one.

Went to the Willows agin this afternoon to top up feeder , my peanut butter wheat feeder jar was empty so I new some still about so I had an hour sitting in the hide, and yes it was productive , ended up with 3 , 2 males 1 Female , so while they keep comming I'll keep shootan 👍😜

I went agin this afternoon in my willows hide and the peanut butter wheat mix jar was empty agin , I just couldn't believe it , I took a roof to go on my hide as the sun shine through on me sometimes, so I thought I'd stay for a while and managed another 2 , so that feeder has been very productive this week.🤔🤹😂😂😂

We have started putting rope bangers on one piece of rape this week because they have been fairly regular, I'm going to hope they stay for a little while so we can have a go.

The farm rape had a couple of hundred go of it two days last week and then nothing, and I happen to go down a road not far from the farm the end of last week and that was a piece of beet just been lifted and there was bloody hundreds, the ground in places was blue with pigeons, there is some about but very hit and miss.
