Anyone heading down to Kegworth next weekend for the Promatic Trap Challenge?

Pistol Pete (Mad Scientist on here) and myself are planning to head down there on the 29th and i'm sure that it won't be too hard to convince Anni and Chard to join us :good:

Also anyone know what a "squirrel" trap/clay is??? :good:

Yeah, I'll most probably be there if I get back from a trip to France in time, hope to see other PW members there. :good:

It should be a good shoot, even though the ground is a bit of a flat field. :good:

I hope Chard and the others can make it, after all, the ground is deffo more "Oop Norf" than "Darn Sarf".

As before I'll wait and see what the lovely Ms Kirkwood tells me what the weather is going to be doing nearer the time. I'm still minded, weather permitting, to shoot this on the Saturday and then I can shoot somewhere else on the Sunday.

I suspect it will be rather busy on both days.

Park Lodge have got one. Set up a bit like a rabbit but the clay just rolls gently down a short chute. I thought it wasn't working the first time I shot it. (still don't believe it does work)

Even I could hit it with a handfull of gravel

So who's going on witch day :hmm:

Will make my mind up either tomorrow or Friday, have seen conflicting weather forecasts for Saturday and that's really the day I want to shoot it. I'm a bit worried about the witch though, she might turn me into a toad!! Although someone said that would be an improvement
