what i have been looking at

webly and bretta Peice of C R & P Most of the workings are diecast and are not made to last

webley scott gunsmith says it a webley and bretta Brilliant gun although it may be slightly more expensive than your budget,

escort semi auto wooden stock Although available round this price tag their likley to be rough and a break barrel is better for a first gun

lanber Never go wrong here good buget guns

mirocu Good Gun but can be expensive to repair, and purchase Hold their value

skb No experience of these but id go with a better known make

i would op for a lamber i have one and it is a game gun with fixed chokes at quarter and half and i use it on clays and i am well impressed with it and it comes up to the shoulder really nice. a few people i have shot with have had a go and were made up with how smooth the action is. but at the end of the day get what suits you the best.

what might be good for you may not be good for some one else and vice verser. if i were you take some one who has shot for years and has experience with guns and good gun knoledge and find a few guns you like and see how they feel to you and get a friend or family and ask them how it looks in your shoulder.

just make sure you feel comfortable with the gun you choose.

i have been through at least 9 guns till i found the one that suits me best. hope this helps at all. but defonatly take an experienced gun with you before you buy. :)
