Blue Barrels unfortunately unable to make it today which was a shame. Went up to a small spinney to try and have a "Driven day" on the pigeons that were flighting onto a neighbouring field of maize. Most of the birds were well up with the wind behind them ( thats my excuse!) Managed to drop 35 and pick 31. The 4 dropping into the woodland over the boundary. Took my Cocker "Jack" for his third outing. He is nearly 8 months now and loves every minute of it. I managed to snap a hurried and rather poor photo of him retrieving one of the 8 birds I let him go for.
