Dunkield
I had a pint of Magners in the summer in a pub near me and it was just the thing for drinking sitting outside in the sun, but it £2.90 a pint - is it normally that much more than beer?? darebear
theres this cool bar by the riverside in newcastle called the cluney. anyway, it was the first time i ever tried cherry and raspberry beer. utter heaven! (oh shurrup u lot, im a girl ) its about 7% alcohol and the **** said they couldnt sell it by the pint because of its alcohol content. only halfs. (not surprising considering half a pint was over £2.50!) however..... managed to find someone working there who was on her last night behind the bar and didnt give a monkeys. needless to say, got rather ******. muahahahahahahahahahahaha cider is still minging. ChrisNicholls
Not Irish cider but I have just been introduced to John Powers Gold Label Irish whiskey, this stuff really hits the spot, not usually available over here, a friend just came back from "home" and knowing I like a nice whisky (or whiskey in this case) bought a bottle for me to try, lovely stuff, if you get the chance to try, do so.
