NorfolkBoy
Quote "His remarks were deemed likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress." Didn't realize that Police Horses could be so touchy...... Another great use of tax payers money.....

Axe
This is getting rediculous, when will it ever stop escalting out of control. What happened to free speech. His statement was not offensive. Simply telling the Policeman his horse was 'carefree and merry' couldnd never be misunderstood over someone saying 'your horse is homosexual'. henry d
I would love to be his lawyer as I have been going through something similar myself. 1)Homophobic remarks-"Homo" meaning human was this not a horse? 2)Cause harassment alarm or distress-As the horse cannot speak then it cannot tell us if it was any of the above, and if the mounted"policeperson"was upset then he should have brought the charges. 3)If it was people passing by that were offended then they should have come forward. Political correctness my ****
