webber
Since joining the new syndicate I've started to collect Doc Savage on the way. As the shoot currently lacks the means to produce pre shoot bacon butties etc. Doc and I have taken to having a proper breakfast before we set off on the short journey to the shoot. Today Doc whom is an excellent cook excelled. I provided some first class Bury Black Puddings, and Doc got stuck in. Best thick cut back bacon, Cothams sausage ( a local speciality), tinned tomatoes, poached Happy Eggs, Hovis toast, washed down by PG tips tea in a PW mug; just what you need to set you up for the day. Note in background demiojo with sloegin. Today we were joined by DaveTG, and a friend of his. I'm pleased to report that team Pigeon Watch made a good account, we all shot above our theoretical quota. I shot a couple of stunning memorable pheasants, the type you remember for ever. We were aiming for a bag of 100, and managed 105. I next shoot on 27th. December which is my birthday, Doc has specially commissioned a cake, it should go down well on what will pass as the Boxing Day shoot. webber

Frenchieboy
That really does look like a tasty man sized breakfast. I've just showed it to the wife and asked why I don't get brekkies like that and she said it was because she was the "head cook and bottle washer" and if I wanted brekkies like that I should go down to the cafe and buy my own! We've now got a fairly well dented frying pan and I have an egg on my head - some women have got no sence of humour on a Sunday morning have they? Egg
We are trying to eat healthy!! webber  Just as I suspected! Jeez - I can't stop looking at that plate of bad goodness., @ Frenchieboy: I asked my wife the same "Why can't I have...?" question and got the look then the reply "Well, if it'll cure your diabetes then rock on otherwise shut up and be happy with your shredded wheat".... I decided discretion was the better part of valour and retired from the fray

webber
Dearest McF I'm not going to be drawn on this one, as you both have your unique qualities, although I will just say that Docs not bust a yolk yet! As for doing the dishes, its sorted. Bruce sorts the scraps, and theres a gadget under the sink that swallows plates. webber

I take it you mean Doc has a dishwasher machine, dont let the soup dragon know she may replace you with one. Mcf
