mez75
My deepest sympathy goes out to Pauls family & friends, he will be dearly missed. While I was an apprentice in the local shipyard Paul was my journeyman, a lovely bloke with a great sense of humour, rest in peace.

kdubya
I take it that his body has been recovered? yes, at least that will give some comfort I suppose to the family in that they will be able to lay him to rest and have closure, of this sad event. mez75
I take it that his body has been recovered? Yes his body has been found. Here's the Local newspaper report I've just been visited by a friend who was the "other man" out with Paul & his son that day. There is a possibility that Paul suffered a heart attack whilst out on the marsh. Paul had been passionate about wildfowling for in excess of 30yrs, he'd had lots of shooting that morning so at least he got to spend his final hours doing something he loved, if only we could all end our days in such a fashion.
