Countrybumpkinboy
I have just been on the pellpax airguns website as am looking for a new airgun and have seen a umarex 850 co2 gun on there and wondered if anyone has one of these and if i would be better getting something else? I am going to use it for vermin control rats, rabbits, crows etc. Cheers
The Duncan
Tbh for the money, I reckon you'd be better off with a springer or older pcp. No co2 to buy or power fluctuations dependent on weather and lower running costs. Cheers Duncan

bruno22rf
Unless you have some kind of co2 fetish why spend that kind of cash on on a gun powered by a soda syphon?-even if it shoots in a variety of flavours Save your money and get a PCP-theres loads out there and it seems to be a buyers market so you could get a bargain.Pop down your nearest gunshop and put finger prints on every airgun in stock-pick the one that suits best then look around for a deal on one or a used jobby. The AA S200 wont break the bank and will do most things that a gun twice the price will-dont be fooled by looks-the early ones look ugly but when you pick one up it all starts to make sense. Why did you fancy the co2? Litenites
Doews anyone know if Air Guns Direct is anything to do with Pellpax as the websites seem very similar.
Clubshot
Has been well posted - Pellpax was declared Bankrupt by HM Government - Tax's Earlier in the Month ( Feb - 11 ) Also aware several Manufacture / distributors lost Funds Seems Funny as they already had a New company in the background Being Run by Paul's siblings - Airguns Direct - Was suprised that Web site was still up - weeks after Bankrupcy was Served. Only time will tell BOB/R

Yep the old 2 piece stocks were ugly the new mk3 is alot better and shoots just as well as my old rws500 and many other guns i have had just fitted the bairns with a 10 shot kit yesterday and now its even better

Petay
For the money pick up something like a 2nd hand tx200. co2 guns are pretty inconsistant and hot/cold has a marked effect on them. A cheap s200 pcp would be a good gun but you will also need charging equipment which adds onto the price

UKPoacher
If they have genuinely gone bankrupt then they wouldn't be opening another similar business. Sounds like a scam to avoid paying creditors to me. Are they one and the same as the pellet manufacturers of the same name?
