ollie
The last time I bought Eley Subs was about a month ago and they cost me £40 for a brick of 500. I got mine from Tam Glass near Ballymena.
beanieboy
That's a great price Ollie - I bought some Winchesters today to compare them with the Eleys - paid £4.95/50 for them. Many on this forum consider these two of the best rounds available, I'll be interested to see how they compare.

Depends very much on the individual rifle; my CZ didn't like Winnie's but it loves Eley subs. Also Remington Subs are almost as good as the Eley Subs through my gun and they cost £6 per 100, a lot of people on here don't like the Remingtons though. Pastiebap
Don't know about Eley, but getting CCI 100's for £7 and 525 Federals for £22. Suppose it's also worth taking into account the price of fuel, is it worth doing 80 or 90 miles round trip to save a pound or two?

Pastiebap
I was getting them from a place near portadown, although I haven't needed any for a few months. I believe Hollow Farm normally stocks them too. Dazza, i have been getting American Eagles for about 12.50 a box. A mate has been getting Prvi Partizan from Billy Stringer for a good price.
