An evening on the Roost

Myself and my mate went to a local wood this evening to see if we could get a bit of sport. We weren't expecting much, normally will provide a couple of pigeons and a couple of blackies. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening sport getting rid of a few shells and the final bag was 9 jackdaws, 6 rooks and 3 pigeons. There are a couple of blackies missing from the picture as they were lost in heavy cover.

Good shooting Ollie!! I was admirimng your Browning..Sweet!

Cheers. :good: If you mean the semi-auto it is actually a Beretta 391 Tekny.

Dancake: we can't get any ducks to our pond because of the flooding, they must be feeding on flooded fields.

My girlfriend lives in Belfast so I am always up and down to her house. That field is always full of geese in the morning and evening, even before all the flooding.
