Bagsy
If people don't like him then don't watch him. Man up ***.
vole
I am a public sector worker , my union has a no strike policy thankfully but I am supposed to be a target for Clarksons ' comments . For the record ; No one I have met at work is in the slightest bothered by it , it immediately disappeared into the flood of other effluent spouted out of the TV set . IF the comment came from someone who mattered like Stephen Hawking or David Attenborough or Boutros Boutros Ghali then that would be different . Kes
Boutros who? Clarkson has unfortunately become addicted to extreme comment - if he toned it down and didnt stick his head up his own ***** all the time, a lot of what he says would remain humourus. He's made a mint but he's lucky he's kept his SGC

Ricko
why? Because if you or I made a statement about having people shot we would not be deemed fit to hold a SGC
J@mes
Because if you or I made a statement about having people shot we would not be deemed fit to hold a SGC So anyone who ever makes a joke about shooting/killing someone is not fit to hold a SGC? Plenty of that on here when a thread about child abuse comes up (which is far more likely than someone joking about shooting trade unionists) don't see the police kicking doors in and confiscating PW members guns though, do we? Come back down to planet earth lads, it was a joke.
Ricko
Personally speaking, I am just very careful not to do (or say) anything 'silly' that would jeopardise my SGC renewal.
Kes
Have you guys not seen him 'pruning' trees with his O/U, or using it for destruction of other things, not really 'good reason' or giving the best impression of 'shooting kind'. No. his comments wouldn't risk his SGC but maybe someone will eventually question his 'temperament', there were a few criticised him this time - stupid rather more than any kind of threat.
