Isn't that a bit vague ? Surely its going to vary dependant on the type of vehicle ?

Salop Matt
I always hold the front of the rifle with my hand and rest the back of my hand on top of the wing mirror!
Dave-G
Foam in the gap between the door/window frame and mirror, so I guess you could say it's the mirror bracket. I point the car towards the target and finely adjust the rifle position to take the shot so it's basically a portable bench rest. Look at the opening scene of 'rabbit control leicester' on Youtube to see what I mean.
Greenhunter
Yes, don't do what I did when I first started on the rabbits... Rested the gun on the top of the partially open passenger side window, lined up the shot, pulled the trigger and couldn't believe I'd missed. Re-loaded and shot again, missed again but this time the rabbit ran off. When I moved the gun away I realised I had shot the top part of the wing mirror off!! Luckily it was an air rifle so by the time I got the rimmie I had learned that lesson pretty well. Now I use the mirror as I figure I can't shoot it that way GH
henry d
I get out and use a bag on the bonnet, I find the shot is better from a bag than bipod when using the bonnet, may be a bit of flex with the bipod on a semi flexible bonnet and the bag has weight to combat it.
