However, just like any other firearm fit is everything. I have shot Winchester, Berretta and Browning and killed clays well with all three. However, to date in order of preference it is Berretta, Winchester, Browning. Try as many as you can before buying and then get the best deal for you budget for the best fit. poontang Posted February 22, 2012 Report Share Posted February 22, 2012 Pretty much any gun can be made to fit, so go for something you like the look of and feels comfortable. As long as you don't have the arms of a baboon or the neck of a giraffe most off the peg guns will be a close enough fit to get you started. Have a few lessons and use a few different guns and you'll soon get a feel for the type of gun you want. Without a budget it's difficult to recommend any particular make/model.
