LondonLuke
In going self employed. Very very scary and not a decision I have taken lightly. I am reasonably well prepared I hope. That said I would be delighted to hear from trades people (especially plumbers and cleaners) that work in west/north west London!
AlistairB
Fair play to you, there's an interesting book available called 'career anchors' all about what makes people work for a living and what they value in a job, might be worth having a look at! HDAV
I did the same 6 years ago, well was made redundant.... This is the first year I have seriously regretted it. If you have the contacts and work lined up go for it! Get a decent accountant you can trust and don't be tempted to turn anything down ( one of my mistakes) Do you do all plumbing? Gas etc your not leaving pimlico are you?

So although not directly related they are both scarce and keen to have a pool rather than relying on both. Thanks for the good wishes I did the same 6 years ago, well was made redundant.... Thunderbird
Plumbing and cleaning go well together. Plumbers have to clean up after themselves
