Fair play to you, there's an interesting book available called 'career anchors' all about what makes people work for a living and what they value in a job, might be worth having a look at!

I did the same 6 years ago, well was made redundant.... This is the first year I have seriously regretted it. If you have the contacts and work lined up go for it! Get a decent accountant you can trust and don't be tempted to turn anything down ( one of my mistakes)

 

Do you do all plumbing? Gas etc your not leaving pimlico are you?

Plumber ,cleaners, do you have a trade as plumbing and cleaning do not go hand in hand.

Wish you well just need steady work for it to be worthwhile.

The company essentially supplies any trade an estate agent could need. So although not directly related they are both scarce and keen to have a pool rather than relying on both.

Thanks for great advice. We do all water/gas plumbing, electrical etc. no not leavin PP but they just became the biggest competition!
