pin
Driving home from docklands tonight I saw someone with a nice pattern with flocked deeks, a magnet and some other toys setup in the corner of a field between J5-J6 on the northbound side of the M11, right by the road. I went past at about 90 but I think I saw a green landy (oh how common ) parked with its front to the road, can't be sure if I saw a hide.. Field used to be wheat I think, but it was ploughed about 3 days after being combined. Must be someone on here

Dunkield
Nothing wrong with your eyes then Pin "doing 90" "saw flocked deeks" Are either of your parents descended from pigeons by any chance? And no, it wasn't me either...
pin
 In my experience you need a keen eye for spotting the blokes in the blue uniforms with the hats, they take a dim view of any road related japes

And no, it wasn't me either... When i first read this, i thought why were your eyes off the road, especially when you are doing 90. Not if your parents descended from pigeons or not

Cranfield
When I am driving around in rural enviroments (including motorways), I am always looking around the fields to see whats about. I have often stopped (not on motorways) and watched a driven shoot, chap in a hide, passing fox hounds, and beagle packs, its what makes most drives interesting. Being a fisherman, I am also obsessed with searching for lakes and rivers, especially out of aeroplane windows.

Ive driven out this road loads lately and ive seen it being hammered by pigeons each time. About 4 weeks there must have been 500 pigeons dropping in and out. I can only watch with envy
pin
Tonight further up towards the m25 junction I saw many hundreds of birds on the rape stubble just before the stables at the top of the hill.

pin
Was it really? Did I have any of the things I spotted as I flew past you correct? Were you having any joy on that field?
Pike
Was it really? Did I have any of the things I spotted as I flew past you correct? Were you having any joy on that field? Well, I was on the stretch of M11 between 5/6 in a borrowed landy with a magnet out so can only guess it was me you saw as the other bloke I know who shoots round me has an SJ. I have a little bit in that area but most of my land is a couple of junctions down. By the way - anyone know where my avatar has gone?
