miroku50
Has anybody shot the new cheddite cartridges yet, been thinking of getting some and heard some good reports?
huffhuff
Yep, used plaswad and fibre. I'm gonna do a pattern text next week sometime (if I get time). I'm happy with them...they seem to break the clays if I'm pointing at them
webber
I shot some at Lupton on Wednesday. I noticed no difference against the Eley Firsts that I also shot that day. I didn't buy the cartridges and so can't compare the price. webber
Nicky T
Yes, have shot about 1000 of them now and like them; smooth on the shoulder and good kills, not to mention the Universal Traps are also easy on the wallet! I'm planning on treating myself to a payday slab or two of Trap Oros too :yp:
Nicky T
Incase you're not aware, Malmo are the UK distributors, you can contact them on: www.malmoguns.com or (01524) 793007 If you end up going up there, just deal with Rosie as she makes a much better brew than Bryan
EdSolomons
Nick gave me a few boxes of these to try out. Very smooth shooting shell. For £158 a thou you will struggle find a sweeter shell. Even got some of the expensive looking gold ones- also nice and soft Edited June 10, 2012 by EdSolomons
timps
I shot 100 Universal Trap at the North V South, nice smooth cartridges with good kills. I shot a 100 of the more expensive Mach 3’s today and I personally don’t think they are worth the extra over the universal traps, but they do have nice big shiny ‘brass’ if that floats your boat. figgy
What's the stats on the cartridge range lads, muzzle velocity, shot sizes and antimony content. Would you say better or worse than hull super fasts.Wouldn't mind trying some if they start selling them in local Rfd's. Atb figgy
EdSolomons
They go bang and break clays- that's as far as I read into it! Far softer than superfasts
Chard
I shot a mixed mess of Cheddite Universal Trap, Eley Olympics and Gamebore Continentals at Orston today, with a few Lyalvale Express Super Comps thrown in here and there Don't think there was any difference between them really, except the Lyalvale are ******* expensive Antimony content? Is that what you have to pay to ex-wives? Edited June 10, 2012 by Chard

timps
How are you meant to pronounce the name anyway? In my northern accent it sounds like I am using a cheese flavoured snack. I want to sound dead posh and all continental like. .
