i use a 1.2 and it dont last a hour for some reason

Have the battery checked out. I use Panasonic batteries (which I was selling here some time back) and mine do last a full day.

I think since I got it I've swapped batteries once when the flapper slowed ever so slightly.

i use a 3ah yuasa batt on my AA decoys turbo flapper and it will last 2 full session.

helps keep the weight down too, if you have to walk :good:

7ah batt will run my homemade rotor with 10ft span and 2 real birds on it for 4 hrs.

and thats with an old wiper motor on it.

seriously check the batt/charger or the flapper as something is wrong.

I have a small motorbike battery for mine, it's an 11a/h not very heavy cost about £30 tho and really it's overkill. I had it on in the garden all day and it never showed as if it was dying or slowing. That's an aa decoys flapper with the intermittent timer on.
