Essex clay shoot meet

Gentlemen,

As several expressed an interest in shooting at Braintree again, I would like a show of hands for the 23rd september. 9.00AM start.

I know mungler will be there as I heard a rumour that he is now living there and shooting every day.

Cheers

Martin

I think we should agree the course layout in advance so I can get some lessons in specific to the stands :)

I fancy a bit of DTL as well but haven't got a clue how the scoring works - anyone any ideas?

Only shot it a couple of times but its full use at each of the targets with 3 points for a first barrel kill and 2 for a second barrel kill (0 for a miss) for a total score of 75 on a 25 bird layout.

I think 1 for a kill and nothing for a miss seems about right. We don't want to get too complicated.

Although you are right it is 3 for a first barrel kill and 2 for a second barrel. And a big fat nothing for a miss.

Cheers

good to see the clay boyz bonding

your two dates for Braintree and Kent shoot unfortunately i am working

however i shall try some underhand moves blackmail, sexual favours ect to get some extra time off

Mungler your *** is mine, figuratively speaking of course.

BTMS remember you carry a handicap for winning the last Braintree outing, i think it should be traveling with LB

then by the time you get there the comp will be over
