Beardo
Had a lovely day out today with Stealth Stalker and his dogs Molly and Poppy... We set up on some barley stubble in between a pea field and a pond on a flight line, Pigeons were on the peas, obviously we couldn't shoot the field though else we'd do more damage than good. Bit of a slow start, but it ended up being a nice steadyish flow. We used a broken bale to form the back of the hide, 2 magnets and dead birds on cradles. Ended up with 62 birds (31 each, as we were taking it in turns)

Beardo
Stealth Stalker bred Molly with our local farmer's Dog - nice line of FTCH etc and workers going back all KC pedigree. We shot a farm about 2 miles away from that one, this week - Rape Stubble (but most had been feeding on the Peas again!) 47 picked with about 10 more lost in the wood behind us (it's an overgrown lunatic asylum cemetary - half the graves have subsided and the whole place is thick bramble, so you won't catch me in there!)
