the enigma
They're a good, hard wearing, comfy boot. I wear them for work, and I really like them. As for fitting, you should be fine getting your normal size.

welsh1
I used to swear by them, they are warm and very comftable, but I was buying a pair every 10 months as they seemed to crack and split across the front where your toes bend,so I gave them up.. welsh1
What boots do you wear now? Have had a pair of hunter balmoral since January, not had cold feet and find them lighter than the muck boot, you do pay a few quid more though, this season will be the tester, some of the places I shoot woodcock are like swamps to get through with masses of brambles, always a good test. I wear my boots a few times a week and walk good distances in them,my golf course can get walked 3 times in one night so I do like them to be comftable. Shropshire_Lad
Well this is not what I want to hear! Have had Dunlops for ever, the last pair £6.00 about five years ago. Today lashed out on muckboots at the Midland as wanted warm feet this winter...not just this winter but a few more too Lol!

Gutty Boots
I've had a pair of "Avon" muckboots that have just given in after 2 years wearing them daily. They split across the toes, but the soles were wearing thin anyway. Just bought some "Taysport" muckboots, these have a much better, more heavy duty type sole, so I'm hoping to get slightly more life out of them. Seem to find I'm the same size in them as shoes. For the price, I don't think you'll find better, previously, I had Le Chameau wellies, but they spent more time being sent away for repair/replacement than they did keeping my feet warm & dry. Marc Z
has anyone tried BOG boots? They're similar to muck boots made mainly with neoprene. Not many places stock them, but a shop in town can get some in for me so I'm going to give them a try. They do a lot of realtree for the US hunting market... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bogs-Blaze-Mossy-Wellington-BO5215546/dp/B0022NHYHK/ref=sr_1_16?s=shoes&ie=UTF8&qid=1347872884&sr=1-16 thoughts? henry d
Used (Tay) muckboots for the past 3 yrs and no probs except the tread is a bit flat now and therefore I have been wheel slipping a bit. Time for some new ones I think.
