TJ91
how much you got to spend? Beretta or Benelli are the way to go if you have the £S but i have to say it, although most will disagree, a brand new hatsan escort is a good gun for the money baikal mp are also good, if abit heavy on the front end remington versamax, great guns but abit of cash...one up on sales section other day sounded a bargain just over £

P~MX
a good Beretta 303 for under £500 is a top buy, if you wanna spend a bit try a Brownin Maxus, a good second hand one can be bought for £800ish -- top gun for the money, I've one and wouldn't change it after shootin beretta auto's for over 25 years

If you can find one, a beretta 303, for £400 you should find a decent enough one try gunwatch, gunstar and guntrader Edited November 10, 2012 by TJ91

TJ91
i had heard that escorts were not that great... heard from people who never owned one.. i had one of the old ones and put alot of 28g 7s through it with no problems. get a brand new one, keep it clean and well lubricated and you will be orite most dont bother to clean off the carbon deposits...that is what causes jamming! TJ91
ah, well maybe i should think about one then !! but i do like the idea of a Beretta go for beretta 303 if you can find 1 in your price range, they are worth the money and are top guns, the only reason i ever picked hatsan over 303 was the fact i wanted to shoot 3inch steel cartridges, if it was just for the pigeons/crows etc i would go with beretta!
