gopro hero hd

Thats the very first model, things have improved dramatically with the latest models, ie sound, and camera upgrades, and a we world off caution if anyone is interested in buying a GOPRO. There a quite a few on the auction site and other sites that advertise gopro hd 2 etc for around £180 to £200 etc, these units new from gopro cost around £290 Check if the gopro has a serial under the battery housing, dont be afraid to ask the seller, if it has NO serial you are possibly buying a stolen unit OR A UNIT NOT MADE BY GOPRO, if not gopro will NOT honour any warranty because they will not recognise it as one off thier own, which i found out after experiencing a fault on a brand new hd 2 unit, i contacted gopro, they refused any warranty, even though it was 3 weeks old, hence the unit was returned to the seller with a full refund, i learnt a lesson, you get what you pay for. Other than that these cameras bought from a reputable supplier are def worth the money.

Good advice mayfly. I updated mine and had to enter the srl no on the gopro site. All was good but I did buy it from a repritable dealer.

I ended up buying the same, and had no problems either, what software do you use for the slow mo, i use sony pro but i cant get the slo mo right, i think i will have to upgrade pc for a better video card and processor etc.
