Its your mates application so no he does not, but all persons living at your mates address will be vetted anyway so his son's activities will come out, due to the nature of the reprimand it shouldnt be a problem, just tell your mate to be honest and tell the visiting FEO anyway, it should be OK.

they mentioned to me about my stepson having a conviction for having a wee wee in an alley on his 18th birthday,,,,,,tool,,,he,s improved a bit now but still acts like a clown with his mates even tho he,s 23, no need to tell them cos its about you applying

Mate of mine has applied for renewal of his sgc. His 17 year old son had a repremand from the police about 2 years ago for stealing an icecream from a supermarket. His concern is does he have to declare this to police when they visit to inspect guns etc?

 

Shouldn't be a problem, as long as he's not going to be keeping any MAGNUMS!
