Davey B
Hi folks its been a while, my uncle who used to take me shooting when I was a nipper had a hunting diary with things like. Dates places, who he went with, bag, and comments about the shoot. Anyways he misplaced this and I would like to get him one for Christmas. I have googled hunting diary but had no luck, does anybody know what these books are actually called and where I could order one from? Thanks Dave

demonwolf444
Game book/game diary. It was something i always wanted to do, untill i got one and started writing.. a few bad outings usually end up being ommited then you just lose dedication. ( just my experience )

Reece
Try this just google The Country Sportsmans Record Book & Journal.its what I use and there is loads for sale. I am thinking about getting one of those. Does anyone use "The Country Sportsman's Record Book and Journal"? What is it like? What about the layout? etc. I was going to get one but want a second opinion because it's a little expensive for me.
B725
Its a very good book to record your hunting shooting fishing, you put your own dates companions and bag with plenty of room for comments. Each page has colour scetches on it.There are 217 pages so should last a few years. Excellent and well worth the money for the memories.Have kept a shooting and fushing diary since roughly 1995 although its only the last 10 years that has been pretty religous with filling it in.Always good to compare dates every year and to see how things change. Reece
OK then. I think I'll buy one. Just wanted a second opinion. I imagine it would be interesting to read diary entries and comments years after.
