Not used out in the field yet Dave as i only had it yesterday.It does make for a more comfortable Shooting position with the Archer fitted though. The add-ons tend to move around a bit, it doesn't stop you seeing the reticle but if the laser is tightly focused you can find that it's suddenly pointing in the wrong place. It only takes a small knock to do it. By mounting the laser on the scope you know it will always be covering the impact point, so a small movement of the add-on doesn't matter.
