Liam-1990
Would I be breaking any laws if I was to go pigeon decoying new years day ? Or even new years eve. Might be a silly question but I want to be sure. Thanks.
silverhawk
I Wanted to go out and do a bit of pigeon shooting new years eve.Its not against the law but might upset people that live near by.
Liam-1990
Noise is not too much of an issue as its not too close to houses and motorway noise helps to drown it out
Olliesims
I was thinking about going New Years but wasn't sure on the law, I'm not bothered about people moaning about noise as I'm sure the farmer is more concerned about the crows and pigeons on the fields than someone saying about noise
Liam-1990
We need someone from BASC to come and tell us the answer :-)
poontang
We need someone from BASC to come and tell us the answer :-) No you don't. You can shoot pigeons any day of the year. Might **** the neighbours off if you disturb them...but that would apply any time of year. If you want to shoot pigeons on new years eve/day fill your boots
Liam-1990
Sounds good then I just want to be on the right side of the law as there is a fair few do gooders that walk down a footpath on the field.
