henry d Posted October 16, 2006 Report Share Posted October 16, 2006 Yes indeed you can,here`s my small one http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/ind...14199&st=15 All it consists of is 2 turkey roasters(99p each I believe)and something to lie the fillets on.The fillets need to be salted for 1/2 hr 1st and then washed and thoroughly dried. The heat should be just enough to make the chips/dust smoulder and raise the temperature enough to SLOWLY cook the fillets.
