VicW
If this latest piece of EU **** means we are going to be changing headlight bulbs more often then some owners are in for a shock. The once simple task of changing a headlight bulb means on many modern cars removing a front wheel and any inner wheelarch mud shielding to get at the back of the headlight assembly. This is beyond the capabilities of many drivers and has made the carrying of a spare bulb pack a joke in those countries where you are required to do so,which I believe is most of the EU. Another side to the new rule might be the increased incidence of flat batteries where lights have been left on when parking.Think I'll start a new business, headlight changing and jump starting! Lord Geordie
Apart from cream over 4 billion a year from the UK to fill us full of **** laws and poke their noses in where they are not needed. Tell me WHY my Grandfather had to die in the 2nd world war while fighting for the freedom of british subjects when our Government is simply handing powers like Law etc over to Brussels on a gold platter? what did all those millions of people died for ? Joining the EU was Folly and is a disgrace to all those who GAVE their lives to stop just such a travesty from happening. My Grandfather will be turning in his grave LG
