White Rabbit
Evening All, Require some bedding work on a centre fire rifle and a service. Has anyone used Emma Custom Rifles in Darlington? They're local to me but can't find anyone who has used them in the past. Wary of going anywhere with a rifle without a recommendation and Riflesmiths in the North East seem to be few and far between. Regards WR. jgguinness
Haven't been there/used them so can't comment. The place to go however, is Bowtec, Dave Folwell. I know he does an excellent job, and has done a lot of work for my mate Si-Snipe on here. 0191 4920077. He is based in Birtley. Kind regards Jonathan

kent
I don't see why you should shop local. When it comes to rifle smithing then it all goes to proven works for themselves and others on the competitive field, regardless if you want a lightweight sporting rifle - the build process is the same
Alycidon
I have bought some used Ziess optics from them but have never used them for gunsmith work. Optics were as described. The website is well out of date, a Ziess I bought from them 2 years ago is still on there. A
