camokid Posted February 25, 2013 Report Share Posted February 25, 2013 right im famous at work for my pigeon samosas i no it sounds odd but they work so well!!! and being the terrible shot i am i don't often get pigeons but when i do they get the Indian make over lol i dont no why its that way lol cant change it.. but just tilt ya head thats the pigeon mice looks so red and fresh most of the ingrdients lob the lot together get some samosa/spring roll sheets and get folding . job done they are the nuts ta andy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

camokid Posted March 13, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 sorry lads im forgetful and too busy lamping right here we go This makes around 20 somosa's Ingredients Needed: 10 x Pigeon Breast ( 5 pigeons ) 3 x Large Potatoes ( cubed ) 2 x Cups of Peas 2 x Large white onions ( diced ) 2 x Red Chili's ( Add more if you like it hot ) 3 x Tablespoons Oil 1 x Large thumb size piece of ginger 4 x Garlic Cloves 1 lemon ( squeezed ) 2 x Teaspoon Turmeric 2 x Teaspoon Garam Masala 3 x Teaspoon Curry powder Salt and Pepper to taste Chinese Samosa Wraps ( i found these wraps at a Indian market shop) Instruction Cube Potatoes and cook till soft but not to soft Mince Pigeon Add Oil, Pigeon and Onions to frying pan and cook until golden brown Then add Chili's , Ginger , Garlic , Lemon Juice , Turmeric , Garam Masala and Curry Powder cook for a further 5 mins Then add your potatoes and peas cook for a further few mins mixing all ingredients together well. Leave Ingredients to cool Prepare Samosa Wrap ( look on you tube if you are unsure on how to wrap the samosas) Place Samosas on a baking tray and cook until golden brown and crispy Serve with a dip made with yogurt , mint sauce , mustard and sugar a nice cooling agent Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
