I ordered and paid for a nv monocular, dsa and IR laser over two weeks ago, still not recieved it and he's been absolutely useless. I tried calling a few times before i ordered the stuff to check if they had it in stock, got told every time by the girl that answers the phone (but doesnt actually work for nvscopes) that he would call me back. After getting fed up not getting called back, i just ordered it off the website because it said they hold most products in stock and aim for next day delivery. After 5 or 6 days of waiting for it to arrive in the post i began trying to contact him again via phone and email. Still no reply. I eventually told the girl at the office if he didnt contact me i would cancel my order, litterally 3 minutes later i got an email saying that they were out of stock and delivery would be another 2-3 days. I left it for another week, sent another email and started phoning on both his mobile (which he doesnt answer) and the office number, only to be told that he will call me back yet again. After a few days of calling, i eventually told the girl in the office that i wanted to cancel my order. A few hours later i recieved an email from Clive saying he will chase up the order for me. I immediately emailed him back and tried calling his mobile. I have'nt heard back... So, a few of questions: 1. If the monocular turns up, can i send it back and ask for a refund as i had already requested to cancel the order? 2. Is this bloke really that useless or am i just unlucky? 3. Would anyone else be as angry as me or am i making a mountain out of a mole hill? If i had been told from the start that delivery would be three weeks, i wouldnt of minded, or even of he called back to let me know whats happening. I really didnt think anyone could be worse than sportsman gun centre for customer service but Clive Ward / nvscopes really have topped it. I was looking at the Ward D Vision but this is the reason I havent ordered yet,also been promised some footage over 2 weeks ago. I know this doesn,t help you but from what I can gather he knows his stuff but useless to deal with and rubbish customer service,the only thing I had was a anschutz 8 shot mag and waited weeks for that with no reply so dont think I will bother with him now Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think from what I can remember reading, He knows his stuff/products and does deliver, BUT, the way he conducts his business is somewhat bizzare Maybe it's not his primary interest/business I don't know. al4x Posted April 13, 2013 Report Share Posted April 13, 2013 Simple thing is to send an e-mail saying you are cancelling and that you want a refund ASAP if it isn't received in 7 days you will be going for a charge back with your card provider. It sounds like he is yet another who just orders parts when he has an order which is not good for customer service. There have been many different threads on this guy and his business and lack of replies and very poor service. I for one was trying to purchase some gear to the total of 2 grand and he did not reply to 6 of my emails or 4 telephone calls. my business went else were. as said there are many topics on this gent..
