mudpatten
I`ve just bought a second hand AYA Yeoman for occasional use on the woodies. I had one years ago and always used Eley Impax 1 ounce loads through it to great effect and with minimal discomfort on the shoulder. I`ve just seen the current blood curdling 1000 cartridge price for the Eley Impax and I think I`ll be looking to another manufacturer for something less expensive. Can anyone recommend a decent 1 oz. 12 bore game/pigeon load?
Big Mat
Not 1 oz, but the 29gram Hull Super Fast are good on the pigeons. £44 for 250 last time i bought some

motty
See if you can find the Trust brand anywhere. The sporter 7.5 (eng size 7) or game 6 (eng size 5.5) are decent shells that i've been using to good effect recently, and they're only around £3.80 and £4.10 a box respectively.
