NickB65
Just popped down to Stutley Shooting just outside Bassingbourne near Wimpole in Cambridgehsire and what a store.... They took over from what was the Barn Shop and they know there stuff. They have some amazing hide poles which will easy cover me at 6'4" good quality and priced at £99 for the four. Pricey some may say but finding poles that high is rare but what amazed me was the prices of cartridges.... Gamebore Clear Pigeon 32g no 6 at £200 for the 1,000 or the new Hull Super Fast Pigeon 29g no 6 at £49 for 250. They had no Gamebore left so I had 250 of the hull as I had never shot them before. Can not wait for Sunday and a days shooting..... If you live that way or in the area then pop in as they have some great kit, good prices and most of all their are friendly. Very solid build, big side plate to push into the soil. Where do you get your carts from as the price was cheaper that Country Store? NickB65
Well I thought they where cheap but now I feel a little robbed.... they where felt ones! The poles are not cheap I admit but where solid, long spiked and from the plate to the top was seven feet.

There's nothing wrong with felt for shooting pigeons, and as a bonus you aren't showering plastic everywhere!

marc147
I got 250 hull super fast 29g 6s to try and at £51 they are cheaper than any thing else I can get round here. I liked them going to stick with them I think. They go through my semi nicely and I don't miss the extra gram of shot I had in the Gamebore clear pigeon.
