Fudge40
As per the above topic has anyone had a Stanley flask that now does not keep drinks warm? I purchased the above flask 10 months ago & to start with it was fantastic, now it does not keep drinks warm for more than a few hours, I will be trying to place a claim under there lifetime warranty but does anyone know where information as all I have been able to find is an email address to PMI who I believe make the Stanley flask. Just in case I get nowhere with the warranty claim can anyone recommend a new flask that wont let me down so quickly? Thank in advance
aris
Mine didn't keep anything warm from day 1. If you look at the reviews online, it is a common theme. Ditch it. I took it back to the shop I bought it from for a refund and got an Ultimate Thermos from Amazon. Here is a mail I got from the local distributor. I don't believe them as poor reviews persist on Amazon. ----------- Hi, Please forgive the delayed reply. The heat loss fault does occur with Stanley Flasks, however other than leaking it is the only possible issue that can arise with a flask. It only happens to a finite percentage of the flasks and Stanley have assured us that any manufacturing defects have now been rectified and the problems will not be an issue ongoing. jimmyb79
I purchased one from Dunelm Mill in December last year. I've had absolutely no issues with that or the 1.2l one I have. Keeps hot drinks warm for over 24hrs...

-Mongrel-
I have an Aladdin Challenger, used it fowling in the proper cold, and use it daily for work. So far, it's been spot on and it's incredibly well insulated. I poured water out of it on a Monday morning...that had been there from Saturday nights flight. It was still very warm and had it been coffee, it would have been a drinkable temperature still. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
NathanM
Only had the Thermos Ultimate for a few months, but very very good so far, keeps drinks hot for at least 24 hours!
rtaylor
I've got a 1L Thermos, not sure of the model but it will last for at least 12 hours. It's about 3 years old. I use it everyday for work and it's spot on.
