They have secured the military airport, but saying they have invaded is just wrong. We should remember that the President of Ukraine is still in power - the agreement with the 'rebels' was to devolve presidential powers and hold early elections. He didn't NOT resign and yet is now being chased as some kind of witch hunt by the rebels. As for war crimes etc, the accusations are just that, until proven in court - which I am sure will eventually happen. Mob rule is NOT the way to stabilise Ukraine. At the end of the day, the black sea fleet sails out of Ukraine and most Russian military exports by sea go out through Nikolaev, especially in winter. No way is Putin going to stay out of this one and lose influence in the med. I expect there will be news of persecution of pro Russian Ukranians soon, just enough to justify an intervention from the Motherland. The biggest concern would be Russia's anti-ship missiles, like the Sunburn, which are very nasty. Fortunately, the Black Sea Fleet is seriously outdated, technologically.
