I noticed it on my way home from work last evening. It really was bright, it must have beenbecause mrs. webber noticed it an even commented. Wow, that was bright, I normally only get grunts.

webber

Same with my wife too webber :) but even she commented on how bright the moon is as it was shining through the kitchen window. Not seen a moon that bright since i was overseas.

Its very low at the moment so when you look at it you're looking through more of the earth's atmosphere. This acts like a lens and makes it look bigger and often changes its colour. The air's really clear over the last few nights and it makes it look a lot closer than it is. I love it - you can ride your bike cross country back from the pub without lights.

Cross Country - As long as you have necessary permissions :stupid:

I used to really like a pub in a village about 6 miles away. Timed my visits to the full moon and rode across aNational Trust estate near me . One night after a good few pints got chased by a load of deer. revenge is a dish best served cold :stupid:
