ollie
Went out yesterday evening to shoot a few rabbits. Only managed 4 before the rain came on. Anyway I was skinning the rabbits this morning when I noticed this cyst on one of them: It was about the size of a Ping pong ball & when I stuck a knife in liquid came out. I was thinking it must have been some sort of infection, like an oversized blister. Anyone any ideas?

I just took the back legs off this one for confiting, the rest went in the bin.

The Essex Hunter
We call them camel's when out ferreting as they quite often have a hump....Both ears get taken off so we know what is what in the pile. Usually there is a lot of white type seed (which is a worm egg according to a couple of lads) in the fluid. Depending on where it is then that half goes in the bin and the ferrets have the rest.. TEH

No horses or never been horses in the field that the rabbit was shot in.
